Signed up but not receiving the e-mails?
We work with iContact who assists us in sending our e-mail to the congregation in a way that does not violate spam regulations and which allows our members and others who request to receive our e-mail to receive them. On occasion your Internet Service Provider will still flag our e-mail as spam and reject them or place them in a "junk mail" folder. If this happens to you, there are three remedies:
1. Go to our Stout eNews archives and you will find copies of our eNews Notes.
2. Check your "junk mail" folder to see if our e-mails were sent there. If your mail client uses spam filters, whitelist icpbounce.com so that it isn't marked as spam. Note that the email will indicate is was sent by Pastor Scott but it is sent for him by iContact via icpbounce.com.
3. Contact your Internet Service Provider and let them know about the problem.
