Wednesday Night Bible Study

 Wednesdays, 6:15 p.m., Phelps Chapel

This year we will be starting a curriculum entitled “Feasting on the Word“.  This new curriculum begins with a solid scriptural and theological base for leaders and invites leaders and learners deeper into the rhythm of the church year by following the Scripture readings recognized as the Revised Common Lectionary.  (The RCL takes lessons from the Bible over a three year period to cover most of the Bible during a full cycle.  The pastors at Stout Memorial use the RCL for the texts from the Bible that they use in worship each week.)  The curriculum is ecumenical in its authorship and the Bible Study is open to youth and adults.

A five dollar charge to cover the cost of the curriculum will be collected from participants.
